Civilian Jobs

I think there should be more job opportunities other than corporations in the World mode.
There's constant rivalry between corporations, especially with how one can kill another with almost no repercussions; or how they could just refuse to hire you; or how they would hire you just to kill you; etc ...
Perhaps ordinary civilians could find easy work at Isle of Burgers, delivering cargo, as a taxi service, stuff like that? Just so there are alternatives to earning money.

I know right! More opportunities to earn money would certainly do the overall experience some good.
