0.80 is the closest to what i believe has a building tool, but, that is a vehicle-only version.
0.81 is unplayable, and, there is no version available from around these videos.

I love drawing traditionally, i can't get the feel for a mouse or line tools from SAI.
I can make 3D models too i guess, and animate more than model.
I also make music, well, some mid-90s Sega Saturn Roland-ish music, my cup of tea.
