This topic has been done to death, but its still fun to hear what people think.

I think we will get one last update, with all that alex has had on the back burner, but its going to be a long time until we see something like that. I hope we one day see videos on his twitter again of funny guys with briefcases. Personally Id love to see the updated car physics and that pickup truck that was teased forever ago.

Alex Austin will continue releasing updates until ~2050. It just might take awhile. Pickup truck and ass physics will be in the next major update.

i personally feel like the game would need much more new content to bring people back in,, it's feeling too repetitive now.
i'm moreso looking forward to anz now. it has always been much more exciting

in all serious
sub rosa will probably never be ready, and i feel like, their is only one person to blame.
Who? you ask, well with alot of thinking and research, i have come to the conclusion that alex austin has abandoned us (dont let anyone else tell you otherwise) and he will never return. Personally I am not a big fan of Sub Rosa (Official Member Of Sub Rosa Hate Club) and i would like to see it never gets any traction again.
Thank you for your time, sincerely your Josh "ShaunAwesoe" Penorson

you could say that for a lot of games. especially ones with a solo dev. twice as much for those that are making their own engine at the same time

i believe he's just burnt out on Sub Rosa at this point, especially with how everyone's been constantly harassing and pushing him to make a new update of sorts. i wouldn't be very fond of working on a game if i get no money and just constant hatred for it too. sure there could've been better decision making at times, but that's just the way Alex does things

Personally I think the maps could have some improvements. They all need some decor, like how 0.15 had post boxes and stuff; I think it'd be nice to have trees and trash cans around the map, more benches and some sort of interior furniture.
There certainly could also be more firearms, such as a shotgun or a revolver. Y'know, these feel almost essential to any FPS.

I of course have always been very excited about vehicle interior physics. Just imagine shooting out of the back of a van, action movie style 8-)
